WCI's loan programs have been established to provide loans to for-profit businesses. See loan applications and information.
Community groups, non-profit organizations or units of government should refer to the Grant Applications page or contact us with any questions.
 
WCI may only provide grants to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations and units of government. Community groups and other types of organizations must apply through a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization or unit of government willing to take responsibility for the project. See grant applications and information.
For-profit businesses should refer to the information on the Loan Applications page or contact us with any questions.
 
 
WCI works with Minneapolis-based Valspar Corporation to provide paint, stain or other products for regional restoration and beautification projects. Local governments and nonprofit organizations in WCI's nine-county service area may apply.   CLOSED FOR 2013
