The commitment card is in MS Publisher format. It is best used for large gifts at a personal visit with a donor. There are no suggested amounts on the card. If used for multi year pledges, additional information will be added to indicate the length and timing of the pledge.
Phonathons are a good way to reach a few hundred people to request gifts for a component fund. A phonothon must be carefully prepared or donors will reject the caller as a telemarketer. These documents will help you prepare the prospective donors for your call and increase the reponse rate compared with direct mail requests.
