| West Central Initiative works through partnerships to help families and communities in west central Minnesota thrive.
WCI provides or helps secure funding in order to:

Address long-term skilled labor shortages and gaps in the region through its workforce grants.

Overcome barriers to economic success for workers and their families through its Family Economic Success initiative.

Assist communities and the greater region in developing the capacities necessary to address priority needs and sustain their economic and social viability. WCI helps accomplish this through its community grants.
