All information that you provide to West Central Initiative's online community sites is considered private, and will not be disclosed to anyone other than those listed in the privacy statement. All users and site administrators of West Central Initiative's online community sites must not disclose any information about other users, except to the individuals and organization listed here and as required by law. In addition, all users must not gather information about another person (regardless of whether he or she is a user of West Central Initiative's online community sites or not) and store it outside of the online group site without getting permission of the person first. This includes signing up a person to a group, since an email address is private information.

Your Profile
Your profile consists of your name, your email addresses and other information that describes you.
Your name and email addresses will be used as contact information by administrators of sites that are part of West Central Initiative's online community sites. In addition, messages relating to the groups that you belong to will also be sent to your email addresses. Your name and email address will be disclosed to all members of a group when you post a message to the group. In addition, if you post to a group that is visible to the public, your name will be visible to all visitors to the group. (The homepage for each group lists what information is visible to the public.)
The profile information, other than your name and email address, will usually be visible to other online community site members, so they can find out more about you. You do not have to provide any information other than your name and email.
Files and Messages
Files and messages that you post to West Central Initiative's online community sites are archived so other group members can see what has been discussed. All files and messages that you post are visible to current members of the group and the site administrators. In addition, if the group you belong to is visible to the public, the messages and files will be visible to all visitors to the group.
Your profile information, and the messages and files that you post to West Central Initiative's online community sites are stored by West Central Initiative. In addition, messages and files are available to other members of groups that you belong to and may be stored on any computer systems that they use.
The following agreement is between you (The User) and West Central Initiative
- The User agrees to use his or her legal name to register on all sites provided by West Central Initiative.
- The User agrees to only use an email address that he or she owns and controls for sending and receiving messages to and from West Central Initiative.
- The User agrees to follow the participation protocol of every online group that he or she is a member of.
- The User agrees to respect the privacy of other users, and abide by the privacy policy of West Central Inititiative.

The User agrees not to undertake any action that will deny any user access to West Central Initiative's online community sites.

The User agrees to not use West Central Initiative's online community sites to attack, or attempt to breach security, on other machines or networks.
- The User agrees to only post content that is legal under the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesots. This includes not posting any files or messages to West Central Initiative's online community sites that contain objectionable material, breaks copyright, is libelous, or incites hatred or violence.

The User agrees not to send Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE or spam) using West Central Initiative's online community sites. The user must not send UCE, facilitate UCE, or allow others to send UCE.
- West Central Initiative reserves the right to remove content that contravenes the acceptable use policy, without notice.
- West Central Initiative reserves the right to remove any user, group or site that it deems to have broken the acceptable use policy, without notice.
- West Central Initiative reserves the right to change the acceptable use policy at any time, without notice.
