A sampler of county projects supported by WCI:

• The Lakes & Prairies Community Action Partnership has received WCI Family Economic Success Local Impact Grant funds to develop a volunteer tax assistance program serving both Clay and Wilkin counties.
  
  
• The Barnesville Economic Development Agency has utilized WCI's Leadership Development Grant to support the city's Leadership Barnesville initiative. This yearly program aims to grow and strengthen leadership from within the community.
  
  
• Cultural Diversity Resources of Fargo-Moorhead has used Leadership Development Grant funds to help support training to expand the base of ethnically diverse leaders available to serve the region.
