Sandy King VICE PRESIDENT-OPERATIONS
Sandy is responsible for all areas of administration and finance, including financial accounting, community funds, building operations and administrative staff supervision.
Kim Embretson VICE PRESIDENT-FUND DEVELOPMENT
Kim is responsible for all of WCI's fundraising efforts. Kim coordinates all volunteer efforts and is responsible for WCI's endowment development. Kim's primary focus areas include working with cities, counties and businesses.
Dale Umlauf VICE PRESIDENT-BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Dale is responsible for WCI’s business initiatives including loan making, technical assistance to businesses and entrepreneurs, and equity programs.
Sheri Booms Holm COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Sheri coordinates and orchestrates all aspects of WCI's communication.
Wayne Hurley PLANNING DIRECTOR
Wayne is responsible for oversight of WCI’s Transportation Planning, Economic Development and GIS programs.
Wendy Merrick PROGRAMDIRECTOR
Wendy is responsible for effective monitoring of grants provided through WCI's program initiatives.
Nancy Jost EARLY CHILDHOOD COORDINATOR
Nancy is responsible for ensuring that the early childhood project funded by The McKnight Foundation is successfully completed and is appropriately coordinated with the efforts of the other Minnesota Initiative Funds and Ready 4 K.
Greg works with the west central Minnesota region and its counties and communities in the area of economic development. He also coordinates the Picture It Painted grant.
