Loan Applications
WCI's loan programs have been established
to provide loans to for-profit businesses. Community groups,
non-profit organizations or units of government should refer
to the Grant Applications Information page or contact
us with any questions.
Grant Applications
WCI may only provide grants to 501(c)(3)
non-profit organizations and units of government. Community
groups and other types of organizations must apply through
a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization or unit of government willing
to take responsibility for the project. For-profit businesses
should refer to the information on the Loan Applications Information
page or contact us with
