Rather than designating a specific recipient
or area of interest to be assisted, many donors choose to establish
an unrestricted
fund in their name that allows WCI to determine where gifts
will do the most good. Unrestricted funds offer maximum flexibility
to react to changing needs in the community.
Unrestricted
funds may be coupled with a geographic area, like a city, school
district, or county. Grants can be considered
that
have a wide range of benefit to the community. |
