The Truck Weight
Sub-Committee Final Report is a culmination of more than two
years of work by the West Central Minnesota Transportation
Advisory Committee and the Truck Weight Sub-Committee. This
report was developed to address issues related to truck weight
education, enforcement and the engineering of the roads that
heavy commercial traffic utilizes.
The information in this
report is based on the research conducted by the Truck Weight
Sub-Committee and Minnesota Department of
Transportation District IV. Every effort has been made
to ensure the accuracy
and timeliness of the information contained in this report.
However, it should be noted that due to the frequent changes
of legislation,
regulations, and information available, some information contained
within this report has been superceded.
