Nancy joined WCI in 1996 as its business and economic development program chief, and was promoted to President/CEO in 1999. She previously worked as a business consultant, small business owner, and in a variety of management positions in nonprofit and private organizations. Nancy grew up in rural Minnesota, has dedicated her career to helping rural families, businesses and communities, and has served on numerous nonprofit and governmental boards and committees.
