The Initiators Fellowship program is a big, bold strategy that provides the next generation of regional leaders the opportunity to use their entrepreneurial spirit to address society’s needs, while building the business and leadership capacity of Greater Minnesota.
In addition to an annual $30,000 stipend, Fellows benefit from supportive programming, educational opportunities, and a resource-rich ecosystem of experts, including dedicated staff and mentors.
The Initiators Fellowship has expanded to include the West Central Initiative, Initiative Foundation, Southwest Initiative Foundation, and Northwest Minnesota Foundation regions.
The current cohort of Initiators Fellows will graduate in December 2021. These seven individuals were selected from a pool of 80 applicants across the 41 counties. Learn more about their social enterprise efforts.
